Overall very neat and clean, but it is brand new. Our group dropped almost $600 for 1 hour outdoor water park, 1 round on the "bumper boats" and unlimited lasertag, ax throwing etc. Charging "spectators" is whack. Food was also not great, and expensive. This was our first time using the outdoor park, and it was cool but felt dubious with lackluster oversight.
