Frustrating Experience at Fore Putts Sake - Disappointing for a Special Occasion. If I could rate zero stars I would. I had planned my mom’s 50th birthday celebration at Fore Putts Sake over two months in advance, ensuring we secured the largest simulator room, Simulator 5, which was also a private space. We were a group of nine, and after driving over an hour to get there, we were excited to make this day special for her. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that our reserved room was occupied by another group, and we were told there had been a mix-up due to a “broken simulator.” Instead of accommodating us in the room we had specifically booked two months in advance, we were led to a smaller simulator. When I politely explained the situation, the staff member seemed dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. She informed me that the mistake was not a big deal, as all simulators were the same price, and if we were unhappy, we could leave. After traveling such a long distance and planning this event for so long, it was incredibly frustrating to be treated so casually. Despite my concerns, we reluctantly accepted the smaller simulator. To add to the frustration, we were ignored when trying to place a drink order, and it took over 30 minutes to finally receive any service, as the staff member seemed more focused on chatting with her friends at the bar. We had also asked if there were any left handed clubs for a member in our party and she told us no. A few minutes later we asked a different male staff member and he told us of course they did and brought some straight over. It became clear that many other guests were experiencing similar issues trying to get her attention and service. It then became even more apparent that our private room was given to her buddies. The lack of professionalism and customer service was disappointing, especially for such a special occasion. I would not recommend this venue for anyone looking for a smooth, well-managed experience. It’s unfortunate that what was meant to be a memorable day was overshadowed by poor service and a lack of accountability.
