This no-frills campground is a desert gravel parking lot with full hookups. Sites are level with some occasional patches of scrub grass. Sites are extremely close together. BUT, as previous reviews have all said, everything works and the bathrooms/showers were very clean. We didn’t see or use the laundry. The dog park is a fenced-in section of desert, no grass. Very nice people in the office at check-in. Store has very little, but does have some basic essentials. WIFI worked very well. Only two TV channels. Lots of big rigs here, all are in good shape. Seems like many of the campers are long-term, maybe some of them are temporary workers in the area. No one seems to spend any time outdoors, everyone seems to remain in their RVs. We definitely got the vibe that we should lock things up – notices on the bathrooms referenced vandalism as well as security with cameras. Not a vacation campground – just a clean place to stay for a night as you are passing through.

Worst campground on our 10 day trip. Our site was occupied when we got there. Guy said he had been there for days and had booked it for another week. Found an employee and she moved us to another site which had no sewer hookup that I had paid for. She said we could dump and she wouldn’t charge us, how nice—not! Next morning we woke up to a broken hydrant next to us flooding our campsite. We could not get out our door without wading water let alone getting our hook ups put up. I see they have credited my acct. $2.00 for our inconvenience. Don’t waste your time or money stopping here. There are nicer campgrounds in the area.
