Stopped by while on vacation and the employee kept calling my nephews girls, because they have long hair. We corrected him more than once and he still continued to call them girls. We left without buying any tickets. We’d rather spend our money elsewhere. Poor service, unfriendly and disrespectful.
NOTE: CASH ONLY BUSINESS! Great place for kids over 52" to drive go Karts safely. This is a simple oval track without tight turns. The karts have good bumpers around the karts. The karts are slow enough to avoid much danger. 5 stars for families. However, anyone who is used to driving go karts at larger tracks will be bored out of their skull with the simplistic short track and the super slow Disney ride karts. If you're a family with kids who would have fun driving a go kart, stop by and you'll have fun (and bring cash). Otherwise, I wouldn't make a special trip here. Also, the staff here during our visit was very polite and friendly, so no issues there for us.
