Eagle lake has the best practice facility around and I noticed some negative reviews recently and thought I'd shed some light from my experience. I believe I was at the range at the same time as some of these comments. I was working my way through my bucket and after hitting a ball, I saw someone out in the driving range grabbing more balls, I damn near hit him as I didn't see him until after I swung. The young man who was working in the shop was collecting buckets and cleaning the place up as it was getting close to closing time and he yelled out to not go in the range to retrieve balls for safety. A few minutes later an announcemnet was made on the speaker giving a 10 minute warning to finish up. I looked at my phone realizing it was already 7:50 and finished up and went on my way. I have seen this young man numerous times and has always been respectful and kind. Some people don't understand customer service especially in regards to their own safety. I will continue to keep coming back as I love eagle lake and the tremendous staff!

Eagle Lake has a great range with heated bays and Topgolf technology, making it a solid spot to practice year-round. Unfortunately, the night shift worker ruins the experience. I’ve visited multiple times during the winter, always arriving before 7 PM (they close at 8). Despite this, he would either refuse to sell me a bucket or only offer a smaller size. By 7:35, he’d start walking around, rushing people out, and even threatening to close the gate at 7:45. If you’re open until 8 PM, then stay open until 8 PM. The worst experience was on February 14th. I arrived at 6:30 to find a note on the door saying they weren’t selling balls. The lights were still on, so I checked the bays—only to have the worker tell me he had no balls to sell. Meanwhile, I could literally see piles of them just 10 feet away. His attitude is terrible and makes this place unbearable. I’ll be driving a little further to Toad’s from now on. It’s worth it for better service.
