Terrible. We won’t be going back. Took a church youth group bowling there last night. Half way through our game the system ended our game. We went up and talked with the 2 girls at the counter and explained what happened. They were rude and refused to help. Said nothing they could do and then blamed us for the problem. Would not give us a refund. Rolled their eyes and acted put out that we were bugging them. We walked back to our lanes to change our shoes and they already had a new group bowling our lane. Really disappointing.
Over charged us for 3 cards that we didn’t ask for. Also over charged us for the bowling and the girl the girl that helped us with our refund was rude. We had never had en issue before and even the guy that I talked to said the girl that I worked with was having issues with all the parties yet they wouldn’t refund me for the 3 cards they charged me for.
