Our family has been here before and loved it. This last time, the facility was newly renovated and looked amazing. One of the things I noticed that was added was a golf simulator indoors. I didn't get to try it out though. The water park was great for the kids as always. Our rooms were clean and without issues. Customer service was great. If you like to have a drink on vacation, they also have adult beverages in the water park area, the outside pool area, and a few places inside. As far as location, Grapevine is also amazing. Located near the mall, dining, and many other stores that can be useful.
The staff was friendly waterpark was great. But would love some instructions or directions. Paid for unlimited laser trail and bowling no where did they say we had to make reservations for that when I tried to they were all booked for the day. Then got charged a $196 pool towel fee when all the towels were left in the room when we checked out nobody told me we had to check them back in the pool section. A little bit of direction would of been nice since it was our first time there. This was a very frustrating experience
