Very disappointed! Just signed up for a membership and wanted to apply the 10% discount to our lesson we were trying to schedule online. We contacted the facility and the young lady on the other end of the line was not knowledgeable on how to apply the discount online and unable or unwilling to get someone else to assist her. We ended up booking the lesson online anyhow but the instructor was a no show! Contemplating canceling our weeklong membership! Update: While we did cancel our membership, I am happy to say the General Manager reached out to understand what his team could have done better, refunded us for our private lesson, and compensated us for our troubles with a gift card. Thank you, Ronnie, for making things right!
I want to start out by saying this is speaking just on the driving range not the entire facility. Overall the facility looks really nice and top notch. As far as a golfer using the driving range I would stay away. Turf is in pretty bad shape. It’s winter and I understand to a point. My suggestion would be to overseen lightly so you have some grass to hit off of. My main concern is the range balls. They are horrible!!!! No way you can practice and know where the ball is going with the condition of those balls. Please invest in the driving range if you want more golfers to support it
