The batting cages are old—but good old, like 90s nostalgia, old—so at any time half of the cages are out of order, and those that do work still need the occasional punch of the reset button. But this is good, timeless entertainment, and it’s cheap! Two of the softball cages and two of the baseball cages were working, and the fast pitch seems pretty quick (though no one knows just how fast). There were complaints among some of those who were there that the slow pitch baseball was still too fast for their kids, so be aware of that, and be ready to jump in the cage mid-pitch if your kid needs saving.
We went for mini golf and with 3 different courses of 18 hours you can't go wrong when it's ~$9 per person. Easily 2+ hours of entertainment if you do all 3 courses. There's a decent amount of shade throughout the course for when it's hot. They provide putters as well if you don't bring your own. The putters they provide are free, it's part of your mini golf admission.
