My family stayed for 2 days and the first night was okay. My partner remembered coming here as a kid so we didn’t expect much since it’s a bit older. We got in late and fell asleep. We woke up the next day and it was a different story. There was a roach crawling down the wall. We killed it and assumed maybe it was from the neighbors next door but upon further inspection of the room, we noticed it’s the hotel. Every maid cart had raid on it which means they are aware of the problem and don’t do much to combat it. It’s always pretty loud which is expected because it’s a place for families, but the staff could do more after 10pm to quiet people down. One family had a dog that was allowed to run free in the play area and on the mini golf area which was annoying and nothing was said by staff. Also, upon checkout the maid’s knocked around 9:30 to ask if I was checking out and I told them yes at noon, then they came back around an hour later and asked again. If they want people to leave early set the checkout a bit earlier. Definitely wasn’t worth the $120 a night
It’s sad when you have to pay to live with roaches and you don’t have them at your own home. You notify the staff about the situation and they act as if they don’t care. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem at this hotel about 6months ago we stayed there and my daughter got bit by bedbugs again the staff didn’t care. The pool area is disgusting and so are the rooms
