My family and I visited for the first time from AZ, and I will recommend this place for fun, food, and great customer service. Armando and Tatiana, thank you so much for providing the best service we've ever experienced at a family fun center. Since we were new, we were not sure what to expect. Armando explained everything to my husband and Tatiana was so sweet. I cannot stress it enough, but having a great experience INCLUDES interacting with employees and everyone did a tremendous job. All the families watched after their children, and there were a lot! We did not get to go bowling, but that's okay because our boys had a blast with VR soccer, golf, and football. We have a game card with tickets that we will save for next time, and we will make sure to come early so we can bowl. The food was absolutely delicious, and I was told that Armando made our food.. Top tier! Thank you again!!
The play part is okay, however you can only rent the bowling lanes an hour at a time instead of by a game. So if your time runs out while bowling and your game isn't over. They don't let you extend. We were told that our Lane was booked. We've been sitting here for 20 minutes after our timer went out and there's no one in here. Our server shift was over and left during the middle of our stay and we didn't get another server until an hour later. The first server was great. The second server was great but we had an hour in between where we couldn't find anyone to help us. The pizza was okay. We also got the dip trio. Do not recommend. It literally comes out of a tostino's bottle I swear. Was not worth the money.
