Came in on Friday night; it wasn't busy. We were a group of 6, and we did bowling first, hoping to enjoy some snacks as we played. We were bowling for 1 hour waiting for a server to come, they didn't. I went to the bar to try and get a drink and was turned away by a female server as she said someone would be there to help me. We waited another 15 minutes, and someone else from our party went to the bar to try and order food. They tried to turn him away as well, but he insisted on ordering there. Once our food was ready and the server dropped it off, he left it without a word. It doesn't take away from the fun you could have doing the activities but if you're looking for good customer services this is never going to be the place. Keep that in mind when coming here.
