The wait staff in the restaurant are horrible. My family visits often and we even bring our baseball team to bowl and play games. The game side is 5 stars but the restaurant is horrible when it comes so service. Food is always great but the level of service is always disappointing. There has not been a single time i have went to the restaurant and received good service. The waitress are always nowhere to be found. Nobody runs food out. It just sits there and by the time it's actually picked up and brought to you, it's cold. Even had a waitress give us a hard time over a tip when it took almost 30 minutes to get our drinks. Ill assume because she reeked of cigarettes when she got back that she was outside smoking. Never refilled them and had to ask the lady at the bar if we could grab our food that was sitting there over 10 minutes while the waitress disappeared again. This place has the potential to be great if you could get better waitstaff or additional staff to pick up slack on whatever is causing them to be so slow. Again...this is just towards the restaurant. The game side is always great and always someone available when we need help.
I had a great date night! Our server was excellent and stayed on top of things. Karaoke was fun!
