Bob has been easy to communicate with and happy to accommodate us. We have loved it so much we had my birthday here and my 9 year son is now coming to practice with Bob.
Avoid at all costs! I stood inside for 5 minutes before a disheveled gangly looking creature told to me to wait a minute. Then as I stepped to the counter and it asked me, "what do you want?" Not hi, can I help you, how are you. "What do you want?" I said "excuse me?" He pointed to the simulators and asked, "are you playing golf?" I said, I guess not, and walked out. All beverage taps were out of order, no service, crummy setup, total disaster. Czech Village, this is why you can't have nice things...thumbs down!
