Took our niece and her family to play on the arcade side. We had random kids asking all our family members for our cards while we were all in the middle of the games. After we were done with the arcade part, we went bowling. None of the balls fit our hands, nor did they have the weight for any of us. But if it wasn't for one of their staff members, that reassured us that this wasn't normal and actually took time to helped our family look for a lost ring that we lost while bowling and was extremely kind and concerned for us all. This will be the only reason I'll bring our family back to this place. She went beyond and above to make our family feel welcomed and reassuring. I hope I get her name correct, but I believe her name was Amelia. I want to thank her as well as our family from PA, who was visiting at the time. We will return, fingers crossed she'll be there. I love the family environment. They even allow tournaments to be held there. The people thought they were friendly they are not good listeners so you may have to repeat yourself a couple times
