I will most likely change to a 4 star at some point because that is really what it is ALSO - I think everyone should try this place out at least a couple times to make their judgements on the place. As a member (for now), I wish that we had better communication about the place. The back bay has been sketchy at best but I have not received any notification about it so you can still book it and thing will not work correctly. It is also very interesting that very few people clean up after themselves, so you have to clean up when you get sometimes . I think the GC Hawks need to be calibrated more often as when both bays are working correctly they still will not pick up every shot - I have hit on many simulators (several GC Hawks ) and have never really had this happen that much. The premise of this place is awesome and I know that the ownership appears to be working on things, but they really need to be better at communicating that out to members or else you will find yourself losing them.
We very much let down with our experience. For $50 an hour it was definitely not worth it. When we got there we had to call the phone number that was provided on the email because they did not provide a code to get in. Once the individual on the phone gave us the number we made our way to the bay where we had a difficult time getting everything to work. The equipment to work the simulator was not working. We had to call the phone number again and he said that someone would be over to help. The individual that came over to help did not work for the golf business and was not helpful. Then a customer came in to use the other bay and he was more helpful than the individual that came and helped. Also the AC was broken which made the place extremely hot and unbearable.
