Had son's birthday party here. It was the best choice we've made. We were able to bring table decorations and balloons. Had a private room reservation, plates, Cups, beverages and pizza were provided. It was PERFECT... They have different party packages to choose from and can add upgrades. We had a blast will definitely be coming back again and again for bdays and even for family and friends night out. Even though there was a possibility of rain the staff worked to make sure we got to do all the activities prior to the rain . They were friendly and accommodating throughout the whole party. We went to Gator Mikes this past weekend for a birthday party and we were a little disappointed. The customer service was terrible. The kids enjoyed the arcade and mini golfing. The mini golf is by far the coolest thing they have. When it came time for go carts the guy looked miserable and like he didn’t want to be there. The birthday boy mom tried buying additional rides and having it added to her open tab and he didn’t want to help her. She was disappointed overall.
