Fun BUT! they have VERY shady practices and they find the way to rip you off!!! Shady practice #1: I went with a couple of friends there for the first time, we reserved beforehand and got charged a $30 reservation fee which via email we were told that it would get discounted off of our total at the end of the night and it did not happen. Shady practice #2: When we arrived and wanted to play we got surprised with a "one time fee per player" of $5 which since we were mostly all new to the place we got charged $20 more than what we anticipated, and there was nothing we could do but pay this fee Shady practice #3: Our reservation was at 8:30 and they started our play time before this time and charged us for the play that we didn't get because we weren't there yet. So we lost some play time there that we got charged for. Shady practice #4: We ordered a pitcher of beer and when we were serving it we noticed that there was a huge chunk of metal in the middle taking up space, so we didn't get that beer. Overall our experience was very sour here, but this isn't a 1 star review because the games that you can play are fun but the way they handle their business just left us pissed off to say the least.
This was my first time ever playing golf, and I have to say, I was blown away! The atmosphere is electric, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. Golf turned out to be incredibly fun and engaging, especially with their high-tech features. Watching my progress with each swing was a thrill, and the whole experience was just pure joy. Plus, the food and drinks are top-notch, adding to the overall vibe. For me, it wasn't just a game; it was an adventure. Topgolf Miami Gardens has now become my go-to spot for fun and entertainment. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
