We were pleasantly surprised, especially after reading some reviews about it being rundown. We had a 9 and 13 year old, and they enjoyed all of the relevant slides (4-5), lazy river, and wave pool. We spent around 3 hours there, and did everything at least twice. The lines were very short; the grounds were well maintained; the slides looked to be in good shape, no rust, or signs of neglect. The staff was relaxed, but attentive, and friendly. In one instance, my youngest was very apprehensive about trying the scariest slide, and the two staff members present were very patient, and helpful. One of them even went down the slide to show him how easy it was. They also let him stand right near the launch, so he could watch people go down. We never had a problem finding tubes, or chairs. It was later in the afternoon on Labor Day, and there was a decent crowd, but it wasn't too busy at all. The bathroom I used was clean, and stocked. I would say the tide pool was slightly underwhelming, but my kids didn't have any complaints. The price is a little steep, but they are open till 7:00 p.m., and pretty much every day in season. It's probably the reason it's not as crowded as it would be if tickets were cheaper, so we found it was worth the cost.

Loved the little water park. I kind of feel it was a little over priced for what it was. The food was extremely expensive and I’m going to have to say that even though they had “Nathan’s”hotdogs the buns were horribly dry and the chili was awful. Overall though, it was worth it to my grandson. He really enjoyed himself. It was worth it for him.
