Such a welcoming place for the whole family, with lots of fun stuff to keep the kids entertained! The manager Julie is amazing... She truly cares about the customers, and goes above and beyond to provide great customer service and really puts her all into the job that she does,, The bar staff were friendly and knowledgeable on their cocktails. Would def recommend!!!!!
Paid for 1 hour of bowling, didn't receive our food until after the 1 hour mark. We were told that we could extend our play at anytime. There were no timers telling us when our time was up. When the hour finished, we still hadn't received our food and when requesting to extend our time, we were told we couldn't. We were told the only option would be to wait for our food to arrive and then move it to a table at the restraunt. Instead of allowing us to finish our food at the lane, we had two members of the staff telling us to leave. The management did not make us pay for our food, but still an overall horrible experience. I will not be going back.
