Had a wonderful time with my son for his birthday. The parking was very confusing because if you go down Diana, where the main entrance with big arrow signs pointing to the gate is closed during the week when the rides are closed. There is an entrance on Polk where they leave the gate open not even halfway, it doesn't look like it is where customers would pull in from the street. It looks like an employee entrance only to be honest and there are signs posted on this same gate pointing and directing you to go to the entrance on Diana. The mini golf took about an hour, kept him entertained. The staff are super friendly and helpful, I had nothing but a great experience with them. The supervisor on site was very helpful and was able to refund my parking voucher after it was scanned by mistake. The only problem I had was when we went into the arcade to have a snack and cool down after our golf, I got bit up by mosquitoes in the 15-20 minutes we were sitting at the tables. We were going to stay for some games, but I couldn't stand all the mosquitoes.
Castle Park is a a 25-acre amusement park and family amusement center. The park opened in 1976 featuring a castle themed building housing a large two level video game arcade, and an outdoor miniature golf course. In 1985, the park expanded by adding an adjacent amusement ride area park utilizes a medieval "castle" theme and includes attractions such as a miniature golf course, arcade, and 22 amusement rides. The golf is fun and the courses are interesting but they have fallen in disrepair as of April 2022. Bringing back all of the water features, lagoons, and waterfalls would make a tremendous difference!
