Picked up a used driver here on a budget. The driver head ended up falling off after a couple range visits. I'm not sure if there was an existing defect from use prior to sell, or if I was responsible for it (I had a few mis-hits) but I brought it to Josh and the store met me in the middle on getting it re-shafted. Great customer service!
I needed to get my 8 and 9 iron fixed so I brought them into the store. Was potentially going to fix a couple others depending on how much it cost. I brought I brought all my clubs in and Josh was disinterested and acted as if I was bothering him. Decided immediately just to fix the 8 and 9 as they were pressing at the time and I’ll get the others fixed elsewhere. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Clubs were fixed great but you couldn’t pay me to deal with him or this location again.
