My experience was bad at this place, when we first entered it was loud and we couldn’t hear the lady speaking, that was charging us we paid 45 dollars with a 50 dollar bill, she gave us 3 wrist bands and we paid for 4, when we noticed we went back and she said we did pay for 4, but if we wanted another one we had to pay so we got pissed off, also really bad attention mainly with the non-speaking English people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, some employees were nice but THAT ONE OLD WHITE LADY WAS NOT.
Horrible service. Waited 45 mins for a hotdog and drink .. hotdog cold drink no ice. Kids couldn’t even redeem their tickets bc no one would come do it kept saying wait for an hour. Plus I had to pay $24 for my two teenagers who didn’t even skate!! They just sat there .. arcade card machine doesn’t give card but takes ur money. Rude!!! Unprofessional. And I saw a roach crawl across the snack bar and almost lost it!!!
